Chaska is part of District 112, also known as Eastern Carver County Schools. The district is comprised of eight elementary schools, two high schools, and three middle schools. The district prides itself on providing a Community Education program which offers after-school activities and adult classes.
Students and adult learners who are ready to make the jump to a more collegiate learning environment may do so at the University of Minnesota located in Minneapolis, and the University of St. Thomas, which is located in St. Paul. Rasmussen College in Eden Prairie, Hennepin Technical College, Crown College, and ITT Technical Institute are also located nearby.

Chaska Par 30 is a more personalized golf course that was designed by Robert Trent Jones. Water comes into play throughout five holes, as well as 15 sand bunkers.
